For International order, It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that what item they order (and the quantity) is not restricted in their destination country. Deep Ayurveda does not take any responsibility for the actions of customs in any destination country. If a parcel is seized due to restricted items or for custom duty purposes, it is the buyer’s responsibility to be in contact with their country customs office and resolve the issue. If a parcel is returned to Deep Ayurveda due to a customs seizure, a return shipping fee will be charged to the Buyer. This return fee will be the same cost that you initially paid for the shipping at the time of placing an order. A buyer who wishes to have their parcel re-sent to them, will need to pay a re-shipping fee (on top of the return fee). If the customer does not want the parcel resent, the option of a credit or exchange will be offered. However, to receive a credit or exchange, the products returned must be received unopened, undamaged. The exchange or credit value will be for the cost of the product (s) only, less the return shipping fee.
