Vinyasa means “to practice in a specific way” in Sanskrit; vinyasa yoga is linked traditional asana posture and breath together to maintain the balance of the mind and body. One breathe one movement, moving with your breathing rhythm. Vinyasa yoga is designed for those who want to deepen their practice and build strength.
It is also suitable for new yogis, different variation will be offered during the practice, and of course, lots of props will be introduced to support you for the practice. This is a good way to connect and bring the awareness to breathe, most importantly, it is a practice to reconnect with the inner self.
Each vinyasa class is consisted of two pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (yoga poses) practice and savasana with a short meditation at the end. Come and practice with the beautiful yogis from all different levels, recharge your body and mind on the mat and to share the wonderful flow energy.
