Greeva Vasti in Panchkarma | 90 Minutes Panchakrma Workshop in Australia

• Greeva Vasti is an Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment involving the administration of warm ayurvedic medicated oil through a specially prepared fomentation on the neck region.
• It is a commonly used Ayurvedic Panchkarma treatment for relieving neck pain, stiffness, and other conditions related to the muscles, joints, and nerves of the neck.
• Greeva Vasti is a beneficial procedure in treating disorders such as Cervical spondylosis and trigger points in the neck.
• It helps in relaxing the muscles, relieving spasms, restoring flexibility and reducing pain. It is achieved by applying warm medicated oil to the affected area and allowing the oil to penetrate the tissues.
• Greeva Vasti is performed by an experienced Ayurvedic Practitioner Or Panchkarma Therapist . During the process, the practitioner prepares a warm herbal oil, according to the patient's Dosha, and puts it in a stainless steel bowl.
• The oil is heated to a safe temperature and then the patient is asked to sit in an upright position. The bowl is then suspended over the patient's neck, and the ayurvedic medicated oil is allowed to drip into the affected area.
• The patient must remain relaxed throughout the panchkarma treatment. The oil is allowed to remain in the affected area for a specified period of time, after which the bowl is removed and the oil is gently wiped off.
• The patient is advised to rest for a few hours, and then take a warm shower.
• Greeva Vasti is a suitable treatment for many types of neck pain. It is effective, safe, and comfortable, and the results can be seen in just 5 to 7 sessions.

Greeva Vasti Workshop Duration is for 90 Minutes and work shop timing and schedule will be confirmed 7-10 Days before workshop.

• Greeva Vasti Workshop will be delivered online through google meet But if any student want to come physically then they can join this workshop session at our Ipswich Centre.
• Our Qualified & Experienced Ayurveda Practitioner will present this workshop for 90 minutes which includes theoretical part for 45 minutes and 45 minutes for practical application of Greeva Vasti which will be demonstrated through google meet online.
