Janu Vasti in Panchkarma | 90 Minutes Panchkarma Workshop in Australia

• Janu vasti is an very effective Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment that involves warm medicated oil being poured over the knee joint.
• It is a part of the Panchakarma process. It is used to treat conditions such as arth ritis, sciatica and knee pain.
• Kati Vasti treatment starts with a soothing massage of warm medicated ayurvedic oil over the entire knee joint, as well as the areas surrounding it.
• This helps to relax the muscles and loosens the tightness in the area.
• After the massage is completed, the panchkarma therapist will place the warmed medicated oil inside of a dough made from wheat, gram and black gram flour and heated on a griddle.
• This dough or leak is then placed over the knee joint. Warm oil or boiling liquid is then slowly poured over the dough.
• Depending on the condition ofpatient, the time duration of the treatment may vary from 10-15 minutes to 45 minutes.
• Throughout the treatment, the ayurveda therapist will keep a check for any kind of tightness or pain that arises during the process.
• As soon as any pain is felt, the massage is stopped and the dough leak is removed.
• Janu vasti helps to reduce the pain and inflammation, improve joint mobility, reduce stiffness and improve circulation in the affected area.

Janu Vasti Workshop Duration is for 90 Minutes and work shop timing and schedule will be confirmed 7-10 Days before workshop.

• Janu Vasti Workshop is deliver through through google meet But if any student want to come physically then they are also to be a part of this workshop session.
• Our Qualified & Experienced Ayurveda Practitioner will present this workshop for 90 minutes which includes theoretical part for 45 minutes and 45 minutes for practical application of Janu Vasti which will be shown through google meet online.
