• Nasya and Dhumapana are two primary panchkarma treatment modalities used in the ancient Ayurvedic healing system known as Panchakarma.
• Nasya is the practice of applying herbalized oil or medicated powders into the nostrils, and Dhumapana involves the inhalation of medicinal smoke from herbal pastes.
• Nasya is used to clear any blockages in the head and face, and to treat sinusitis, migraines, allergies, and headaches.
• It helps to improve circulation in the head, strengthens the memory, and reduces stress levels.
• The oils used in Nasya stimulate the senses, have a calming effect on the mind, and nourish the tissues of the face and head.

• The herbal Ayurvedic pastes used for Dhumapana may contain ingredients like clove, tamarind, sandalwood, cardamom, camphor, and long pepper.The combination of Nasya and Dhumapana is an integral part of the Panchakarma process.

Nasya and Dhumapana Workshop Duration is for 90 Minutes and work shop timing and schedule will be confirmed 7-10 Days before workshop.

• Nasya and Dhumapana Workshop will be delivered online through google meet But if any student want to come physically then they can join this workshop session.
• Our Qualified & Experienced Ayurveda Practitioner will present this workshop for 60 minutes which includes theoretical part for 30 minutes and 30 minutes for practical application of Nasya and Dhumapana which will be shown through google meet online.
